SEVEN STAR WOMEN'S KUNG FU
Seven Star's building is available for rent for classes, rehearsals, parties and other events.
The building is located at 525 - 21st Avenue in Seattle's Central District (just south of Capitol Hill), on the corner of 21st and James. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking. [Map]
The facility consists of a large (1100 square feet) room, plus a small adjoining room, both with wood floors. Each room has large, wall-mounted mirrors, and the main room has barres for dancers installed on one wall. There is a full bathroom. The main room is slightly broken up by two five-foot shear walls, which you can see in the photos below.
In order to protect the floor, street shoes may not be worn in the building, and towels or other materials must be used to cushion any equipment, tables, etc. that might dent the floor or mar the finish.

Note that the mats shown in the photos are rolled up out of the way when the space is rented out.
